Marvin Ducksch does not want to know anything about the rumors about his person for the time being. After Saturday night’s 2-1 defeat at Schalke 04, the Werder Bremen striker told ‘Sky’: “We said very clearly that we would first concentrate on staying up. It’s not done yet and we’ll see everything else then.”

Ducksch also scored against Schalke – his twelfth league goal this season. The 29-year-old is allowed to leave Werder in the summer with an exit clause of 7.5 million euros. The option is only valid until June 1st. Union Berlin is said to have taken the bait and may be tempting with Champions League football.
