María Daniela Azpiazu Tamayo and Natalia Lafourcade are the authors of one of the songs that brought the latter the most success. The funny thing is that the musical theme was originally going to be for Paulina Rubio.
The Grammy winner said that this project, which ended up being successful with her voice and the accompaniment of Los Ángeles Azules, was originally for ‘La Chica Dorada’, but the result was so satisfactory that they decided to keep it.

The musical theme that Azpiazu and Lafourcade prepared for Paulina Rubio is ‘Nothing is enough’, which has been a boom for the also interpreter of ‘In 2000’.
Lafourcade triumphed with the album ‘Un Canto por México – El Musical’, thanks to which he won the American Grammy in the Best Regional Mexican Music Album category, before the projects of his opponents; Chiquis Rivera with ‘Abeja Reina’, Los Tigres del Norte with ‘La Reunion (Deluxe)’, Christian Nodal ‘Forajido EP #1′ and Marco Antonio Solís with ‘Qué ganas de verte (Deluxe)’.
The first version of ‘Never is enough’ appeared on the album ‘Hasta la raíz’, from 2015, by Natalia Lafourcade. According to the singer-songwriter herself, she has confessed, she was born on an occasion in which she shared a few drinks with her great friend María Daniela.
