From a certain point, the customers also feel the lack of motivation.

Instead of hastily investing money in other areas, as a managing director it is important to work actively on your own leadership. Efficient and effective processes lead to a satisfied workforce that the management level can rely on. If this trust is given, both sides benefit. The appreciation and responsibility leads to better results at the employee level and thus to higher sales.
