While the fan may notice at first glance that there are fewer luminaires on the grids (since 88 LED lights replaced the old 111 luminaires), the reality is that the power is much higher and energy consumption is also reduced. 88 model SYD948 luminaires (1000 watts) were installed with sports angles that provide an average of 1200 lux on average, a homogeneity greater than 0.8, which will provide greater quality in audiovisual transmissions and will also allow lower consumption. All new wiring from the bases to the light grills was also done.
This new system replaced the existing one made up of 111 mh 2000w luminaires with an average consumption of 255kw/h, which generated an average field of 500 lux and with a homogeneity that does not exceed 0.5. Therefore, the addition of a few more lights will allow the standards increased by Conmebol for this edition of the competition to be exceeded without problems.
For the repair of the wire fences on Avenida 60, the materials have already been purchased to carry out the work to repair the breaks caused in the frustrated match against Boca Juniors. In addition, conditioning is being carried out in the changing rooms and in the area of the press box and transmission booths.
In addition, the stadium will have fiber optics, one of the major deficits and at the same time a mandatory requirement by the organization. Let’s remember that for each non-compliance, Conmebol imposes severe fines.
Gymnastics has already presented all the documentation and in principle all the papers are in order, so the report will not bring surprises.
