On the night of Sunday, a Stadtwerke employee was attacked and injured at a suspension railway station.

At a suspension railway station in Wuppertal, a public works employee was hit and slightly injured. The man wanted to close the gates of the Kluse stop shortly after midnight on Sunday night when he was verbally and physically attacked. According to initial findings, the police assume that he was a random victim.

First, there is said to have been a dispute between two other men, who then hit the public works employee. The forces met two suspects known to the police, who also behaved aggressively towards the officers. One of the two men, a 49-year-old, was taken into police custody.
