A few hours after the wipe at the end of 2022 which involved Escape From Tarkov, the development team of the famous shooter has released a generous amount of images related to Escape from Tarkov Arenathus revealing new information on the competitive title.

Looking at the gallery published by Battlestate Games on Twitter, it is finally possible to confirm the presence of one competitive mode, which will allow the most skilled players to climb the global leaderboards. In addition to the division between friendly and ranked modes, the game also offers different sets of rules: one of the screenshots shows the team deathmatchthe all against all and Shootout tournament, an extra mode that should be inspired by the Clash of Call of Duty and which involves the participation of teams of one / two / three users who compete in a mini-tournament. Turning instead to the maps, the images confirm the presence of three arenas: Equator (the one you see in the screenshots and in the Escape From Tarkov Arena announcement trailer), Air Pit and bay 5.

The last detail that emerges from the images is related to the classes, since a screen is shown through which players can spend the in-game currency to unlock one of the numerous loadouts that include armor, weapons and accessories. Among these we find the categories Assault, Close combat, Scouts and Sniper.

While waiting to find out more details about the game, we remind you that Escape from Tarkov Arena does not yet have an official release date and it is likely that it will be released no earlier than the second half of next year.
