I think it’s the same for all the coaches. Sometimes the boys are calmer, sometimes more aggressive, sometimes when I see the team is a little sleepy, we have to cheer them up. You know, against Arsenal, I haven’t said a word, so do you think we need to motivate ourselves before playing against Arsenal for the Premier League? They know that perfectly well,” the Catalan manager told the press.
“They know exactly what they have to do, they don’t need talk in this kind of match. For example, against Real Madrid, they know exactly what they are playing, the semi-final of the League of Champions. You don’t need words, you know, to let them know how happy, important and privileged they are to be there,” Guardiola added.
