Windows 11 Insiders in the Dev Channel can load a new preview build with version number 25276. This again includes all sorts of optimizations, this time especially for developers. But there is also news for the user. This includes Outlook attachments being included in your cloud storage with today’s build. You may see a warning about memory usage, but this shouldn’t affect the amount of memory used. Speaking of warnings, the dialog that shows when an app has a known compatibility issue has also been updated to use the new Windows 11 theme:

There are also changes at the security level, even if some are temporary. The updated notification dialogs that were introduced with Build 25267 and match the Windows 11 look are now deactivated. Those should then be reactivated with a later update. Also, Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25267 and later Pro editions no longer allow the user to connect to a remote share by using guest credentials by default, even if the remote server requests guest credentials.
