Joseph Marley, known as Jo Mersa Marley, has died aged 31. Grandson of Bob Marley and son of Stephen Marley, he was an artist himself. As specified RollingStonewhich reports the information, the causes of his disappearance have not been officially revealed.
Several sources, including the always well-informed TMZ, report an asthma problem that would have taken the young artist. From Caribbean Radio Station WZPP Radio, Jo Mersa Marley was reportedly found in his car on Tuesday morning. The media indicates that he was married and had a daughter.

Born in Jamaica in 1992, Jo Mersa Marley moved to Miami when he was 11 years old. His father Stephen Marley was part of Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers, a group formed with his siblings Ziggy, Sharon and Cedella Marley. Jo Mersa Marley grew up surrounded by music and musicians.
