Neighbors from the block of 62 between 18 and 19 reported the theft of a neighborhood alarm. Suspicions began after one of the two boards installed by the company stopped working.

When testing the new alarms, renovated by the same company, they realized that one of them, located at the corner of 18, “was no longer there, the cables were left hanging.”

In order to eliminate any margin of error, the victims consulted “the company if they had withdrawn it for something and they told us no.” The concern increased when detecting that the alarms are at a considerable height, so logistics are needed to access there.

In the affected block, in addition, they have recently suffered robberies “and a case of motorcycles that shot a neighbor.” They do not know if the facts are linked but they demand greater security for the area.

Recently, and within the framework of the wave of insecurity registered in different parts of the City, this area has experienced episodes of wheel thefts. Added to the theft of the alarms and the motorcycles, the neighbors feel cornered, for which they ask for a greater police presence.
