In July 2022, the author, who wrote the pilot for the series, gave news of the production, after visiting the set. “We are on schedule and everything is going well, but we still have a long way to go before the series is ready.” The first two episodes have, however, finished filming. As for the filming of the series, it began in June 2022 in Vancouver, Canada and ended in February 2023. Season 1 of Percy Jackson and the Olympians has 8 episodes.
