The story of Sonic creator Yuji Naka and the crimes he committed along with colleagues at Square Enix continues to roll on. Because even though he announced the whole thing in court, he has now suddenly chosen to put a large part of it the debt on his secretary.
He admitted to insider trading and says his involvement began due to a secretarial screwup that saw him sent info he wasn’t meant to see.
In other words, Naka claims that the whole thing was not intentional, a dubious claim to say the least according to many online who are convinced that the defense is just trying to secure a less severe sentence for him.
