Juarez City.- The General Directorate of Urban Development of the Municipality has installed a total of 7,657 nomenclature plates in different neighborhoods of the city, it was reported in a statement.

Claudia Morales Medina, general director of the agency, said that the placement of 11,000 nomenclature plates is sought in 79 neighborhoods of the urban sprawl, mainly in the northwestern neighborhoods of the city, the historic center and the Riberas del Bravo area, explained.

He pointed out that the placement of 3,343 signs is still pending, which will be installed in the coming weeks.

He mentioned that some of the colonies that benefited are 12th of July, Beautiful Province, Corner of the Table, Olivia Espinoza, Altavista, El Marble, Fray Garcia of San Francisco, Enriquez Guzman, South Hills, 1st of September and Adolfo Lopez Mateos, among others others.

He said that this program will facilitate the identification of the names of streets, avenues and walkways, both for citizens and for the georeferencing of emergency bodies, in response to the instructions of the Municipal President, Cruz Pérez Cuéllar.

The manufacturing material is alucobond, a panel made up of two sheets of aluminum cover and a core filled with mineral aggregate.
