Three people fatally stabbed in Queens home

Three people died after being stabbed at a home in the St. Albans area of ​​Queens.

The incident occurred at 122-39 Milburn Street on 122nd Avenue just before 7:30 this morning and the three victims were found with stab wounds.

His death was declared at the scene.

So far it is known that they were roommates but it is unknown if they were relatives. Both the motives and the circumstances that led to the stabbings are not entirely clear.

“Officers entered the home through the back door and found a man and woman dead in the apartment. Officers then continued their search of the home, when they reached the second floor they found a woman also with apparent stab wounds. “The exact reason is part of our investigation but the first indications are that it was a dispute over the rent of the premises,” said the NYPD spokesperson.

The police department confirms that one person is in its custody in connection with the case.

It would be the landlord who surrendered on his own at a barracks in the area.
