About three teenagers would have tried to detonate an explosive device in the premises of a supermarket in Philadelphia on Tuesday night, according to the Police.
The incident took place in the 5300 block of Chew Avenue inside the Fresh Grocer.
Apparently the minors, between the ages of 16 and 19, entered the establishment dressed in black and tried to blow up the device, identified as M-100.
The suspects involved fled the scene before the police arrived, alerted by supermarket staff.
The Philadelphia Police Explosives unit was in charge of removing the explosive.
As early as May other teenagers tried to blow up an ATM in a bodega in the City of Brotherly Love. On that occasion the fuse of the device did not light.
