Mexico City.- The National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) summoned Minister Yasmín Esquivel Mossa to offer the arguments in her defense for the plagiarism of her Law Degree thesis.
“The president of the University Ethics Committee of this University, Elisa Speckman Guerra, sent a communication this afternoon to former student Yasmín Esquivel Mossa, through which she is informed that, in terms of university legislation, she will be summoned by said Committee to offer the arguments and evidence that it deems pertinent, either personally or through a representative, guaranteeing your right to a hearing and defense,” he said.
He clarified that as long as the date of the call is set, the Committee will be able to receive the documents that Esquivel Mossa considers pertinent to send, related to the problem in question.
The place of reception will be in the office of the Technical Secretariat of this Committee, located in the Old Graduate Building, next to Tower II of Humanities, first floor, in Ciudad Universitaria
