Mexico City.- Sandra Cuevas, mayor of Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City (CDMX), surprised the population by dancing to the rhythm of “La Bebe”, the hit song by Yng Lvcas and Featherweight.
This happened in the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office, in the Maracaná sports complex in the Tepito neighborhood. But the mayoress was not dancing alone, but in the company of Adrián Rubalcava, mayor of Cuajimalpa.
In a video shared on social networks, the event is observed with live music and lights. At one point, “La Bebe” was reproduced and both politicians monopolized the stage to show their best dance steps to the rhythm of the musical success of Featherweight.
The show given by the mayors took place at the La Ruta de la Alegría event, an initiative by Sandra Cuevas that aims to “promote family and neighborhood unity to eradicate many social problems” with live music, mechanical games and sale of food in public parks of the mayor’s office. This time she played dance to Featherweight songs.
Through its official Twitter account, the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office wrote: “The #RutaDeLaAlegría at #DeportivoMaracaná was a Great Party because we had the Mayor of Cuajimalpa as a guest, @AdrianRubalcava who, together with the Mayor of Cuauhtémoc, @SandraCuevas_ gave themselves of full to serve the attendees“.
