For its Legion Tower 5, Lenovo has created a fairly balanced configuration, which will allow its buyers to enjoy the latest games in 1440p, without having to cut back on graphics options. At the heart of the system, there is an Intel Core i5-11400F processor, and if the latter is no longer very young, it is still devilishly efficient with its 6 cores and its 12 threads whose frequency oscillates between 2.6Ghz and 4.4Ghz in boost-mode.
To support the processor, Lenovo has added 16GB of DDR4 RAM memory in the form of two modules offering a frequency of 3200Mhz. Note also that the CPU is capable of managing up to 128GB of RAM if the need ever arises.
Storage level we are entitled to a 512GB M.2 PCIe SSD which is a rather classic capacity. Know that you can easily replace this component or add other SSDs if ports are free, it will also be possible to use a SATA disk if you want to save some money.
As far as the display is concerned, we have a dedicated Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 desktop graphics card (much more powerful than that of laptops) which has 8GB of GDDR6 memory. Finally, be aware that the set is installed on a motherboard with a B560 chipset and that the power supply is certified 89 Plus Bronze.
