After the President of the Republic recalled the Ambassador of Algeria to France, following the boarding of the Algerian activist, Amira Bouraoui to France from Tunisia. It is around the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, to express themselves.

Indeed, the ministry in question indicated for its part in a press release made public yesterday, Wednesday, February 8, that it had expressed to the French Embassy “the firm condemnation by Algeria of the violation of national sovereignty by diplomatic personnel , consular and security officials of the French State who participated in a clandestine and illegal exfiltration operation of an Algerian national whose physical presence on the national territory is prescribed by the Algerian justice”.

Amira Bouraoui joins France via Tunisia

It should be noted that the activist and political opponent and Franco-Algerian journalist, Amira Bouraoui managed to go to France. The latter was first arrested in Tunisia on February 3 at the airport when she wanted to board for France and risked deportation to Algeria, where she should have served a two-year prison sentence. The Algerian journalist and opponent Amira Bouraoui will therefore have escaped extradition to Algeria from Tunisia where she had found refuge a few days ago.
