Nine individuals, including a policeman, were arrested by the national gendarmerie of the wilaya of Bouira. And this, for their involvement in an armed robbery of an office of Algeria Post in Aghbalou, a town located in the far north of the wilaya of Bouira. In this wake, it should be noted that this incident took place on April 15th.
According to what a French-speaking media reports, the services responsible have managed to recover a sum of money of around 500 million centimes. This goes beyond the recovery of a Volkswagen Passat vehicle, which was allegedly purchased with the stolen money. After completing all legal procedures, the perpetrators of the burglary were brought before the investigating judge at the Bouira court of first instance.
Dash: two people sentenced for the theft of a motorcycle
Two individuals were sentenced by the Correctional Court of the wilaya of Tiaret for their involvement in a theft, following a complaint filed by a citizen of the city of Tiaret with the security services notifying a theft of a motorcycle at the level of his House. Indeed, the suspects were arrested and investigations led to the recovery of the stolen motorcycle.
The two suspects appeared before the prosecution in an immediate appearance procedure. In detail, the first accused was sentenced to three years in prison and a fine of 30,000 DA, while the second accused was sentenced to two years in prison and a fine of 30,000 DA.
