“I want to confirm that I am going to be a candidate for president in the next STEP and I will do it for a coalition that represents the one who works, the productive interior and that expresses the overcoming of this damn crack that is doing so much damage to us Argentines”. Thus, with those words, Juan Schiaretti announced that he will compete in the next national elections.
The Governor of the province of Córdoba confirmed the decision, upon arriving in San Francisco where he inaugurated a new ProA school building and basic infrastructure works: sewerage and paving of Av Antártida Argentina. In contact with the press, Schiaretti also questioned the crack, and maintained that “it causes so much damage to us Argentines.”
“What we are looking for is an Argentina that leaves decadence behind and can begin to solve the serious problems that our people suffer. This is what we are looking for,” Schiaretti said.
And he added: “I hope that in this force that we are creating, those who agree with us can also participate in the fact that the priority has to be production, work, abandoning the crack that is what prevents us from governing properly and also from being a normal country because what we need is to be a normal country”, said Schiaretti.
“To be a normal country is to be able to work together, with the productive, academic, and scientific sectors. We want to take the Córdoba management model to the rest of the country, which has proven its success in the province, ”he concluded in a twitter thread published on his social networks.
The provincial president was accompanied at the event by the mayor of the city of Córdoba Martin Llaryora (former mayor of San Francisco), candidate for Governor for the official coalition Hacemos Juntos por Córdoba and the lieutenant governor Manuel Calvo.
It is worth mentioning that days ago the authorities of the Christian Democratic Party received the current governor of Córdoba, Juan Schiaretti, and unanimously approved the resolution by which they invited him to be a candidate for President of the Nation, accepting the proposal.
