MIAMI.- BBC Arts confirmed that the businesswoman and socialite Kim Kardashian to be the executive producer of a documentary series about the actress Elizabeth Taylor, which will address the personal life and professional career of one of the most important women of the golden age of Hollywood.

Through a statement, BBC Arts revealed that the title of the project consists of three episodes and is titled Elizabeth Taylor: Rebel Superstar. The audiovisual project will be carried out by Passion Pictures, a production company that won the Oscar for the documentary Searching for Sugar Man.

In this way, Kardashian intends to take a new and challenging step in her career, leaving aside her role on the screen as the protagonist of a reality and finance an ambitious piece about Taylor, whom he considers an example of how one can constantly evolve.

“She is proof that you can continue to evolve and change and have different chapters in your life, and she paves the way for all of us who came after her with that plan,” Kardashian alleged of Taylor.

The series will feature the stories of people close to the star and celebrities. “Including members of Elizabeth Taylor’s family, friends and colleagues throughout her stellar career,” reads the show’s description published by Passion Pictures. Among the interviews that will be screened will be the last one that Taylor conducted during her lifetime with Kim.

Elizabeth was a renowned child star who made her way into Hollywood stardom as she grew up, positioning herself as the highest-paid actress in the world.
