Disappearance of Helena Cluyou: a charred body discovered

On Thursday February 9, the search began at dawn to try to find the body of Héléna Cluyou, who disappeared on January 29. After hours of searches, at the end of the afternoon, the judicial police made a macabre discovery, in the town of Argol, in Finistère. A source familiar with the investigation said: “The body was found in a wooded area, partially burned, lying on the ground.”

The death of the main suspect

Sylvain Legrand, 37, unknown to the police, was the only suspect in this case. He died at the end of the morning at Brest hospital, after two suicide attempts. Last week, Brest’s car was found burned. His relatives then reveal that he would have “do something stupid“, without further details. From now on, the investigators count on the analysis and the autopsy in order to establish a scenario.
