An Algerian, who arrived in France more than forty years ago, was deported to Algeria, on Sunday, May 7th. This was reported by a French-speaking media, based on information from the French Ministry of the Interior.
Over the past twenty years, the individual was sentenced sixteen times. He was found guilty of aggravated pimping on a young victim, violence against persons holding public authority, death threats against public transport agents or police officers.

He even threatened to kill police telling them that he intended to “put a bullet in their backs (and) cut their throats”, while hitting them and spitting on them, according to the decree of the Ministry of the Interior, consulted by the French media.
The authorities decided to deport him considering that his behavior undermined the fundamental interests of the state Frenchthat he refused to abide by the laws of the Republic, and that he showed no remorse when he went before the evictions board, blaming law enforcement.

Although the individual entered France before the age of 13 and usually resides there, which in almost all cases protects foreigners from deportation, his behavior made his expulsion necessary.

An incident recently occurred in Seine-et-Marne in France, involving two foreign nationals, an Algerian and a Moroccan. The incident took place on May 2, in a migrant accommodation hotel and ended with stabbings.

According to information obtained after the investigation by the judicial authorities, the fight began in the hotel car parkbefore continuing into the lobby, where the loser of the first altercation stabbed his opponent four times.
The latter replied by hitting his opponent with a glass vase. The two men owere injured and were taken to hospital for treatment. The investigation is continuing to determine the exact circumstances of this brawl.
